Building on the phrase, "Where you direct your attention, there is meditation," our intention is to open a pathway for you to shift your focus back to your life through various meditation practices. It may be that we do not require a multitude of techniques or constant reminders from others about self-reflection.

What we fundamentally need is to slow down and pause. Many of us find ourselves in a continuous race to achieve numerous tasks, distracted by the urgency of our activities, which often leads us away from being present with ourselves. In this chaotic environment, we hear an inner voice expressing a desire for guidance: "If others benefit from their paths, perhaps following their roadmap could also be advantageous for me." This recognition and responsiveness to that call can serve as the first step towards following the path you wish to explore within yourself.

As the OM team, we are here to facilitate this process for you.

OM offers guided meditations created and narrated by esteemed experts in Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga. Whether you are a beginner or have been deepening your practice for some time, OM provides diverse meditation sessions of varying lengths, allowing you to select those that resonate with your pace and dynamics.

A crucial point to remember is: "Meditation extends beyond seated practice; it is present in every moment when you choose to direct your attention and observation within your life. This understanding relieves the practice of being burdened with goals or targets. These practices reinforce our states of being in the present; this is the essence of life itself. Mindfulness serves as our greatest reminder in this regard—directing attention consciously, purposefully, and willingly with gentleness and without judgment. The tools aiding us in this endeavor include our breath, our five senses, our bodies, and life itself."

What can you do with OM Meditation?

 <li>If users permit, OM Meditation can automatically track your mindfulness hours by utilizing the Apple Health application.</li>
 <li>OM Meditation uses Apple HealthKit and CareKit libraries for health application integration.</li>
 <li>If you have registered as a member, you can replay any previously started meditations offline under the "My Meditations" section.</li>
 <li>Access various meditations for free; for example, somatic body meditation is available at no cost. Daily free meditation options change regularly.</li>
 <li>Set daily reminders for your meditation time via alerts.</li>
</ul>

OM Meditation PREMIUM Fees and Terms:

 <li>1-Month Unlimited Meditation Access</li>
 <li>1-Year Unlimited Meditation Access</li>
</ul>
These fees apply to customers in Turkey. Pricing may vary in other countries and will be converted based on your local currency depending on your country of residence.

Your OM Meditation Premium subscription will be charged through your iTunes account. Upon expiration of each term, your subscription will auto-renew through iTunes.

A charge will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the prevailing rate.

You can disable auto-renewal through your iTunes account settings; however, this must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a term.
